Overview
The MN39192FH is a type-1/4 1.33M-pixel SXGA-compliant squarepixel CCD image sensor. This CCD has achieved high speed (the speed of horizontal CCD is 36 MHz) and this CCD has achieved high sensitivity by the complementary on-chip color-filter and new type on-chip lens. Using this CCD enables compact, high-image quality digital video cameras.
